I'm confused how to set up a series of territories, each group using a different set of criteria. I'm new to MapPoint. Anyone available to help dummies like me??![]()
What do you mean different set of criteria?
( Different levels of geography? Can't be done! or ??)

Thanks Eric for responding. I ultimately want to link approximately 600+ U.S. cities that the IRS has declared a specific per diem rate when traveling to these locations. North Dakota, for example, only has one rate of the entire state. For other locations, the IRS will only permit a per diem when someone is specifically within the city limits like Hershey PA. Still other locations will permit using the MapPoint MSA definition for places like Washington DC which includes locations in adjacent states like Virginia and Maryland.
I have already gone thru these 600+ locations and have broken them down into grouping permitted by "territories".
