I'm trying to print a large, very detailed map with mappoint. It is to be about 4 feet by 4 feet, and should be detailed enough to show all street names on it. Is there anywhere I can go to have this done?

I guess this depends on where you live and work. I guess I would start by calling a copy/banner-making shop, like Kinko's or others like that. If they have computers with drivers for large-format printing, it may be a very simple process of printing to a large-format printer. I'm not sure how that process would translate what is displayed on the monitor to what is printed, but it might be the simplest way.

I printed a map to an HP 450C Plotter and it didn't print any of the street detail. Very frustrating... I set the page size and all, but it only prints what is on the screen.

Map Point only prints what's on the screen... no matter how large you print; therefore, you won't get the detail you're looking for.

Does anyone there know if Map Point is ever going to go to de next step and allow to print at street level detail? Is there an add on that can help this? Do you know any tricks to print large maps with street detail?
