Is there a possibility to import NMEA data from a file (e.q. *.txt, *.nmea) into mappoint, to show the track.

are there freeware-programms availiable?

Try Advanced GPS Add-in for MapPoint.

I created an add-on that will import Magellan protocol files (similar to NMEA). But even then it only imports the waypoint data (not tracks). If you e-mail me a example ( coordex@hypercubed.com ) of your data file I can probably add it without too much difficulty.
