Can I import any roads into mappoint 2004 (Eastern Europe) from Autoroute 2001 ...for example ....or from any other places ?
(Just like pictures not for route use)

currently i installed the Mappoint 2004 Europe version at a clients computer. Unfortunately he realized that the European maps are not sufficient since especially eastern europe maps are missing.

Are there any other sources and/or tools that I can use to import maps for these countries?

Try to find mappoint 2002 and buy them all This version have complete street maps also for eastern europe. We had the same problem...

And what about programming interface in 2002 ?
Is this the same (2004) ?

2004's API is virtually identical to 2002. A couple of extra methods have been added. They are so alike, that most of us who write add-ins, make sure they work with both versions.

There are other things you should be aware of - eg. more pushpin symbols in 2004, and the bug with UK OS Coordinates in 2002 is fixed in 2004.
