I'm not sure I understand. Do you have Excel ? You could do a "Data | Text to Columns" and split by the space? Eric |

I have multiple states in one field in one record for a single customer. When this excel is imported, MP2004 does not recognize the indiv states. If I has multiple countries in a single field, MP2004 would recognize and separate the indiv countries. |

So what would it do when you import them, place a pushpin in each of the countries ? i.e. exploding the record? That sounds not normal. I think you need to do some work on your input data, make one record per state. You cannot make MapPoint do what it does not do... you have to make work-arounds yourself. Eric |
