We have a powerful CRM Web Tool. Currently we download data from the tool and import it into map point to prepare maps for our clients. Can this be done automatically by programming or the web service?
It could probably be done automatically with programming the desktop version, and save you going through all the wizard screens in the import process.
Programming is easiest with Visual Basic 6, but any COM-capable language should be able to do it. If you want to do it yourself, then the documentation that comes with MapPoint is useful, and there are many useful articles on this website.
If you wish to hire someone to do it, then there are a number of active people on these forums (including myself) who could do it. Eric also maintains a list of companies:
