Lat/Long conversion

| Lat/Long conversion I am a newbie and just starting to work with an inherited database. I am trying to plot pushpins on the map but the lat/long is an a different format than mappoint. Sample: The Access database has a location with a longitude of 122379007 and latitude of 47243156. The address is in Tacoma, Washington and according to the location sensor should be around 47.24204º North and 122.36469º West. How can I convert this to a Mappoint compatible format? Thanks
