Locate City and zip code using lat and long (Excel Macro)

Can anyone help me or have a code that locates a city and zipcode given the latitude and longitude. Example:Lat and long are located on cells(row,1) and cells(row,2) and I want the city to be recorded on cells(row,3) and zipcode on cells(row,4). I really appreciate if anyone can give me the answer soon.
