Hi, I did not really do a comparisation, but do you need this at every location that you plot ? maybe other approach is possible ?

Well, I could find the corners of the map and throw out everything I don't need..., but when I have higher zoom levels (more view) the entire route is seen, so I'd still get the hit then unless I reduced the number of points shown. Why did this call slow down so much? Steve |

Hi, Dont know wy it is slower. How mutch slower is it in 2006 ? I think the best is to reduce the number when zoomed out if it is possible for the usage of course, and when zoomed in then only plot what is visible in the window area.
