Looking for help with using Virtual Earth for broadcasts

Hi there, multi media journalist based in Dublin here offering breaking news video to newspaper and radio station websites and wondering if there is an out of the box solution to create video from virtual earth to help identify locations for road crashes, weather issues or criminal incidents.

Anyone got any ideas? or anyone in a position to create an interface that would generate that and if so with a ballpark cost?
