Is there any way that MapPoint will make directions according to the route you just made? For example I got in my car and had a starting point and finishing point...then I pushed the get directions and it made it's own route...Can it give me the directions of the route I took??? Any help will be gratefully appreciated!!!

Yes it can but the real answer is no ;(
Suppose you are on a highway and a position fix is on the other side of the highway (inacurate gps position), then mappoint will calculate the route to the first exit of the highway until the next entry to the point. See the mess ?

I dont know your application, but if it is to display a route that was done you can connect each position with arrows. It is not a bad look at all.

Ya that's another option...I just wanted to be able to drive to a certain place...have it map the line for me...with the GPS (which is what it does). Then give me the directions of what I just drove.
