Where can I get hold of up to date postcode sector data update for Map Point 2002 Europe?

The postcode sector data is now very inaccurate with postcode updates made by the UK postal service, with hundreds of instances. e.g. CF1 has been changed to CF10 etc.....

Please help urgently as we are producing a very important project and the data isn't up to date.

A quick search on Google ( http://www.google.com/search?q=UK+po...a+download+GIS ) also turns up data-store.co.uk.
