Hello, I work for a company that does flood certifications based upon periodically released maps from FEMA. When these map updates come about we have to manually locate change the map number that they are on in our database. For instance previous Maps are numbered differently, might be to a different scale etc so they remap out the maps of the area the maps may be different sizes shapes and so on.

What I am looking to do is make a mappoint overlay of the areas the maps are in. Much like a territory or something I would think. That way the address could be typed in map point and it would automatically show what panel it was on and could zoom outand see where on the panel it was located. I can offer examples of some other areas online version of maps but they only apply to certain cities, towns or counties. Any suggestions on how I would go about doing this or a point in the right direction would be great. Thanks.
