map point question please help!!!

Hi, i hope someone can give me an answer to this... I use mappoint to input postcodes and find out where people are coming from to get to their place of work. I use the push pin option to display the data. Now the problem is that when a number of people share the same postcode mappoint only displays one pin to represent say, three people. I then have to go through and look at every pin to establish how many people it represents, then manually add more pins to show the true number of people who live at this postcode. This is obviously time consuming and due to attention spans etc errors can start to creep in... is there a way to make mappoint display all the pins of all the postcodes...? I really really hope so...

Use the the Data Import Wizard, rather than manually adding the pushpins.

Do this by creating a file with your postcode list - eg. in Excel.
Then when you use the Data Import Wizard, select the Multiple Push Pin option.

You can then colour code the plotted pushpins according to the number of people in the that postcode. (or you could even use the numbered pushpins)
