You can do screenshots and save them in just about any raster format.. http://www.mp2kmag.com/articles.asp?ArticleID=54 With Word I think the trick is just to scale it properly.. you might see this old article on Embeding in Word: http://www.mp2kmag.com/articles.asp?...edding.in.word Eric
