    Map.Saved in a UserControl

    Hi,
i've a problem with the MP ocx. I use this in a c# application .. i've the map in a control and not directly on the Main Form. So i've a problem with the map saved option. I tried to set Map.Saved = true to "trick" mappoint and not have the "Save map?" on the form close but this dont works.. maybe if i use in a usercontrol there is something more to do... any idea?

    Hi,

On what kind of a Control is mappoint sitting on ? I assume it is not a secondary form ?

    Hi Gianmaria,

Are you sure you don't modify map after you set .Saved property?

I do it as the last activity and it is ok.

    Re: Map.Saved in a UserControl

    Hi,

I was having a similar problem with the control in a main form. I tried setting ActiveMap.Saved = true in many different event handlers associated with closing the form. Finally, I found one that worked (and I should have read another thread said to try it more carefully first):
FormClosing. Now you don't say explicitly that you are doing it in this event handler (you may be implying it, but I can't tell), so try it if you haven't.
