Sorry, there is no way to do this with MapPoint. If you need a mapping program that gives you 100% control of all of the layers, this is a mixed blessing, as it can takes hours of experimentation and label manipulation to achieve what MapPoint does in a fraction of a second. Also, such a program + data costs a lot more money. Programs like this include Manifold and MapInfo. Eric
