In autoroute 2004 you cold open a Mappoint map and display it with all imported pushpins.

I just bougt autoroute 2006 and found out that the name of the mapformat is different and that it does not like to open the Mappoint maps

Any Idea how to get the map open in autoroute 2006 ???[/b]

I did not know you can open a MapPoint map in AutoRoute..

My advice would be to try to recreate it from scratch in AutoRoute using the original data.. if you need to extract data from MapPoint there are various ways.

if you have both programs, you can use the autoroute 2006 maps in Mappoint 2004.

Or wait til end of April and buy Mappoint 2006
