| MapPoint 2004 multiple users In my situation, I would like to create one main US map with additional data mapped. Then separate out by groups of States (Regions) and send each Region to a user, who would have a MapPoint license. That user should be able to modify and re-save the additional maps they create from the Region original. 1. Hello. You should create a connection to a SQL database table and query the data, as needed. Create a UDL to access the table. You can choose to Link the data to the Map, which will allow you to refresh it often. Yes, multi-User licenses are available for Mappoint. -Mark |
