I installed MP 2004 and it will work correctly on its own, but when i try to use it trough Outlook or Word I get an error message saying "MapPoint 2002 or 2004 must be installed".

I think it is a registry issue but dont know what.

I have tried to reinstall MDAC but no success.

Anyone experience this or have a possible solution?

I am not sure, try re-installing MapPoint 2004 ?
