Hi.

Can somebody help me with the following problem.

I work in Service and our department deals with service territories, which are spreaded over all Canada. One territory consists of a group of postal codes.

Per my undestanding (I have just started to use this tool) I cannot create territories based on Canadian Postal Codes (but I can do this with US Zip Codes).

Can someone tells me if there is a add-ins or another decision that I can use in order to resolve my problem.

I have had to do the same thing a few times, but was never able to get the complete postal code. When selecting the country (Canada), the next item to select is the Forward Sortation Area. This is the first three digits of the postal code. That is as close as I could get and created my territories with that.

If you figure out how to get the entire postal code, please post it.

Hi.

I did this workaround to solve this problem. I bought a complete Canadian postal code database in access format. This database includes ALL canadian postalcodes (about 100'000) and has the Latitude/Longitude for each of them !

What I did is place those zipcodes as pushpins. For my needs that did the trick since I only needed to extract zipcodes in a given "hand-drawn" territory.
