There's just the Help file... MapPoint 2006 retail did come with a little booklet, but there is not much in there. The tutorials in the Help file will get you started, and there is a lot more in there including an API reference. I guess the "other" manual is MapPoint for Dummies, it was originally written for MapPoint 2002, but not much has changed in the program since then.
