Hi all,

Just found this forum - and i think it is great. MapPoint and Autoroute are some of the best mapping software that I have ever used - even of the directions they give you are sometimes a little wrong.

Anyway, i have a question that i have been trying to find out the answer to for some time.

I have both MapPoint US and EU installed on my machine, but its a pain in the ass to have to open the US one for US places and the EU one for EU places. Is there any way of combining the data from both of them into the same app so that i can access eu and us data from within the same instance of mappoint?

Also, anyone know if MS or anyone else has any other mapping software for anywhere else like Australia, Japan, etc?

MS Web Sevices in the form of a location server and a map server can provide maps and data for some other locations. MS MapPoint 2004 does not have detailed coverage outside the areas or NA and EU.
