Hi,

I have to make a price estimation for use of mappoint in a web server on Intranet.

1. Someone has done this already in ASP or so ? Other possibilities ?
2. I like to check if the client browser has a valid mappoint installed. Maybe with an activeX component loaded in the browser or so ?

Other thoughts ?

Hi,

I have study a little vs2005 asp thing, and it don't look very hard Seems each asp page has a corresponding C# unit.

However if someone has some code to get me started it should really good

But how to get the map to the browser ? I guess I have to save it as a document image then have that image in the html code, right ? (using the CopyTo or CopyMap or CopySelection method).

But again saving the map as an image will put the copyright text in the image and that is not what customar will like to see in each map. What about saving the map as ptm file and convert it to a bitmap ? Someone knows how this format is ? Or a better way ?
