Mappoint in my web service/aspnet page

I tried to use MapPoint Europe (both as an application and a control) in my web service / aspnet web page, but I got the error "Access denied". I know that ASPNET is highly secured. Is there any way to grant access to ASPNET in order to have a server-side functionality based on MapPoint. Modifying the machine.config to be the last option..
