It depends on the product... for MWS / VE / Windows Live Local it is approx. 2x per year in my recollection. Eric

| Address Updates
Man, that seems kind of sluggish. I can see it for the cd-based MapPoint Desktop solution but I would've thought that the web service would be closer to realtime. Is the same schedule in place for MPWS's other supplier GDT? Jeff

I didn't think they are using GDT anymore.. ? Hey -- the desktop product gets released about every 2.5 years  From my experience with major data vendors, quarterly updates are common, for someone like MS to wrap up a product (MWS/VE) and offer commercial service every six months is a real feat. There's no real-time. Navteq doesn't have real-time data. Eric
