    MapPoint + .NET Compact Framework

    Hi,
I am trying to use MapPoint Web Service thru .NET Compact Framework 2.0. The entire code is written in VC# (VS 2005). The code is build perfectly. When I am trying to run the app thru the emulator (connected to the internet), it is throwing me an exception : "WebException"
The emulator is of Pocket PC 2003 SE (integrated with VS 2005)

Please help me out in this regard.

    Thanks in advance.

    MapPoint + .NET Compact Framework

    Hello Anirban,

I am doing the same and do not have this problem,

I had problems in the beginning, but can not recall the exact error message,

the problem was that the emulator did not connect to the Internet,

after I had resolved this problem I can access the Wab service,

I am connecting the emulator to the Internet via ActiveSync,

are you sure your emulator connects to the Internet?

and how did you do it, through ActiveSync, too, or via PROXY settings?

    Regards,

    Klaus.
