I would like to see an extensive road building tool created. I am involved in areas where a lot of new construction and building are going on and new roads are being created. It would be nice to be able to create and modify roads until new updated data can be obtained and downloaded.[/b]

There are tools from ESRI and other higher end GIS vendors for building and maintaining cartographic data sets such as roads.. I don't think there's any way to create cartographic data sets for MapPoint however.
