I've been having problems exporting zip codes. It seems when I select all of north america and add this as a "new territory", only about 29k zip codes are shown. I know in the past, we have well over 43k in zip codes based on previous mapppoint editions.

So upon focusing into metropolitan areas, i noticed that certain zips were not selected. I zoom back out to the larger, north america view and tried to add the entire country again to my "new territory", no response.

Only when i zoom in far enough to see the unselected zip codes will Mappoint 2010 only then add them to the table for export.

Do you have any advice or work arounds this faulty selection method? I've tried to contact support and pretty much I have a better chance winning the lottery.

When I create a shaded area map of land area by zip code and then export from a triangle that inccludes HI and AK, I get exactly 30001 zip codes.
That's the same number that I recall from previous versions.
Are you saying that you imported territories from your own database and they don't all match anymore?
Or are you adding them all by hand and missing some.
