Mappoint and Terminal Server

I have four licenses for Mappoint 2004. I have installed it on a Windows 2003 Server running Terminal Services. When I log in for a Terminal Services session as myself on the Terminal Server I can start up Mappoint ok, if I log in at the console as Administrator I can also open Mappoint no problem. However, anybody else logging in for a Terminal Server session gets the following message when they try to start up Mappoint:

A removable device or network share cannot be found, The CD is not in the drive or the installation of this application is corrupt. Make sure that the drive you installed from is attached, the CD is in the drive, your network is connected, or run Setup again from its orginal installed location.

I have looked at the other postings on this and none seem to answer the question of how to do a trouble free installation on Terminal Services.
