mappoint warning message

I am getting this warning when all my end suers use MS outlook 2003, it says a missing DLL file called MPOAI13.dll is missing from the COM add ins. the users do not need to use mappoint so why is prompting them for this add on. we have muiplte access servers or Terminal server and when some of the users logon to the diffrent servers they get this warning all the time when they open outlook.
