MapPoint and Web Server

I am looking for the way to use MapPoint in web application. What are my options?
I am not interested in Web Services provided by MSFT or any other providers.

You can post static (unchanging) maps from the desktop app, I think the EULA restricts you to 1,000 or 10,000 maps / license.

Also, you can link to mapquest, msn mappoint and other and the map appears as a pop-up in a new window.

I'm sure there are other options..

My needs are little bit different, than display maps on web page.
My application validates entered address, and finds other addresses, from preloaded template, within specified radius and displays those addresses on the page.
Licensing question is very important.
