 Mappoint Will Not Work In Excel! Excel 2003 works fine alone. Mappoint 2006 works fine alone and has done so for several months. But the .COM add in for Mappoint 2006 does not seem to work in Excel. This first became apparent when I tried to run the spreadsheet referred to above - it would not run and came up with this error message: "Run-time error 16400 Mappoint Europe can't run because it is not registered on your system or it can't be found. Install Mappoint Europe and try again." I have checked, and the Mappoint .com add in IS installed and checked. A Mappoint icon appears on the tool bar, but does not function. I have reinstalled the COM add in, I also reinstalled Mappoint 2006, and thoroughly searched Microsoft's help. But it still does not work.         |

Hi, Maybe it helps by manually register mapoint. In the right folder type "mappoint.exe /registerserver" (without quotes of course).

Hi, please have a look whether your References (Microsoft Visual Basic, "Extras"-Menu) are activated: "Microsoft MapPoint Control 13.0" and maybe some others ... |
