What do you mean by "coming"? Do you see the Zoom Slider? To the right of that are two buttons. The first (the default) is of a mouse cursor and a rectangle. If this is selected, then zoom/pan will work by using a zoom window. Select the "Hand" to the right of it, and you will enter Pan mode. I find this more natural. You can then move about the map but "grabbing" it and dragging it around. (Press Left mouse button map, and drag). Richard
