when i am using mapppint first time its coming Properly.after zoom in/zoom out or north or south,map not coming properly,thumpNails moved some where, plz help this regards

What do you mean by "coming"?

Do you see the Zoom Slider? To the right of that are two buttons. The first (the default) is of a mouse cursor and a rectangle. If this is selected, then zoom/pan will work by using a zoom window.
Select the "Hand" to the right of it, and you will enter Pan mode. I find this more natural. You can then move about the map but "grabbing" it and dragging it around. (Press Left mouse button map, and drag).
