I have imported 250 addresses. MP2002 matched some automatically by ZIP. When the map type is Pushpin, these show up. However, when the map type is Multiple Symbol, they do not show. Any suggestions?
Thank you

I have tried to recreate this behavior but the pushpins show. Can you explain the steps you have taken to import your data. Did you import demographics? What..

John;
I am importing the following example data from an Excel File
Address 1, City, State, ZIP, ID/Status
1. P.O. Box 17820 Boulder CO 80301 Prospect C
2. 600 North U.S. Highway 45 Libertyville IL 60048 Prospect B
3. 6655 Lancer Blvd. San Antonio TX 78219 Prospect B
MP matches #1 by ZIP
MP matches #2 by ZIP
MP matches #3 by Address
When I choose Pushpin Map Type, all three address will show.
However, when I choose Multiple Symbol Map Type, only # 3 shows up.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Best regards,
Travis
Travis,
I created an excel file with your data, imported it using the Data Mapping Wizard. I chose Multiple Symbol Map Type AND for the Show Data By I first choose StreetAddress. I see what you were saying. The was no visible pushpin (I used my 'Balloon State' Com Add-in utility to turn on all Balloons on and balloons came up for the pushpins that did not have an icon!
I started over and on the last step, in the box "Show Data By" I choose ZIP and the pushpins are visible.
Hope this helps...

John;
Thanks for the suggestion. However, in many cases I have multiple addresses within a ZIP code, so when I tried your method, MP automatically adds the data together at the last step. The radio buttons are greyed out, so I do not know how to keep this from happening.
