Matching Census Tracts...some match, some don't

I am trying to import census tract level data into a map. When I go through the import data process, I can set everything up correctly but when it matches census tracts, it can't match many of them. I have noticed some of them have a decimal such as 3000.04 and I am guessing these are newer census tracts. Is there an update to the census tract matching in MP anywhere? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

Some census tracts are within other census tracts and get numbered this way.
You are also missing state and county info in this number.
We are available to provide service in this area.
