I work for a not-for-profit social services corporation, one of whose problems is placing facilities for senior citizens where they can be used by the largest possible number of the aforesaid seniors. Two days ago I was handed a copy of Map Point and told 'use this to find out how many of our clients are within 1 mile - 2 miles - 3 miles of particular locations'. I had no trouble importing client addresses into Map Point, but have not as yet figured out how deal with the distance measurement part of the problem. I anyone has any suggestions, I would be most grateful. Thanks.

Hi Charles,

You can go to the View Menu, Toolbars, and Drawing to show the drawing tools and then select the Radii tool to create your 1-2-3 mi circles.

Then you right-click on each radii and choose Export To Excel
to obtain a spreadsheet of those addresses contained within the circle.
