Use Microsoft free utility ExMerge.exe for conversion of EDB file to PST format. The utility recovers emails from corrupted as well as normal Exchange Database files. If you already use this tool and still facing problem, then try another manual technique. PowerShell Command Line Tool is another solution to convert EDB to PST. But this tool requires good knowledge of PowerShell Command Line Tool.
