    Migration Week

Its been about a month since the latest rev of the Virtual Earth map control was released and we're starting to see a number of new and migrated applications appear on V6, especially among commercial developers. here's a look at a couple of the v6 apps I've seen. if you've got your own, post it in the comments.

Yellowpages.com is one of the most popular local search sites in the US, serving over a billion queries each year. Their new interface is smart and efficient with category browsing, traffic, directions, and all the stuff you'd expect in a good Yellow Page search site.

Ohio Department of Transportation uses Virtual Earth to provide citizens a look at road closeures, scheduled construction, traffic cams and more with Buckey traffic. Press '3' on your keyboard to switch into 3D view - fun to compare the live traffic cams with Virtual Earth's representation of the scene.

Coldwell Banker takes advantage of VE's shape and layer methods in their commercial real estate search application. You can filter results by traditional criteria combined with custom territories that you draw interactively.
