Mime Type for .ptm files?

I am hoping to get my PTM files to open in IE when served off an Apache intranet server. Right now, however, IE is just showing me the ASCII version of the data files in the browser window. I am assuming I need to get the proper mime type set up for the PTMs, but I can't find a type anywhere.

Any help here would be keen.

I don't think this is possible. One question first -- is MapPoint installed on the client machine? This would be necessary. You might try serving the files in zipped format and then the end-user would have to unzip them and double-click on the ptm to open it.
