Smile movement in MapPoint with Visual Basic

    Hi,

I want to move a drawing, for example a car, on a route that I have calculated on the map in MapPoint. Is there a way to achieve this movement with Visual Basic?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Yes. You can add your own bitmap to mappoint and assign it to a pushpin. then to move it just change the Location property. If you need more assistance then don't hesitate to ask.

Re: simulate the movement of a GPS

    Hello!
To achieve the movement of an image through a path created in MapPoint, I need an ActiveX control in particular ? I have added the reference to the proposed Microsoft MapPoint 13.0 Object Library (Europe)

I want to simulate the movement of a GPS, but with data from a file. Txt

    I use:
    - Visual Basic 2005
    - Microsoft MapPoint 2006 (Europe)
I've also used Microsoft MapPoint 2009 (America)

    Thank you.
