MP 2002 Europe: can postal codes be used for mapping?
When checking the microsoft and dealer sites on product descriptions, it remains unclear exactly which maps are provided on the data CD for MP 2002 Europe, and which attribute fields can be used for positioning on the map. Can data also be mapped on the basis of postal codes (6 digits in Netherlands)? Thanks for letting me know. Regards, Peter

Peter,

mapping in the Netherlands can only be performed using the 4 digits of the postal code. In Germany and France this is 5 digits. I do believe you can have a set of addresses (streetname+place) and show a Pushpin for each location though.
