MP 2009 Mutiple Symbol

I'm new to Mappoint so please forgive me if this is a silly question. I am importing an excel spreadsheet with addresses and some other data (Number 1 through 25 to represent a salesman) and using "Multiple symbol" option but I can only get a maximum range of 8. Any fix for this? Thank you in advance.
