Is it possible to hide the black borders in territories ?
Some territories are to small to see the color because the black border is to big

Unfortunately I don't think there is any option to turn off that border when using territories.

Although it is more work, one thing you might consider is using the drawing objects to depict your territories, see the tools in the drawing toolbar.
