Is possibile to determine the best order in which to visit multiple stops by a mappoint application?

If yes, How I can do it?

You can do this in the route planner. Add the route locations. And press the button - I think it is called "Optimize". The stand and end waypoints stay the same, the others are re-ordered. Note that this is essentially the Travelling Salesman Problem - it can be very slow if there are a lot of waypoints and under other conditions (solving the underlying problem in polynomial time would probably win you a $1 million maths prize - ie. it is Difficult)

The same can be done programmatically by adding your waypoints to the Waypoints collection in the Route object. Then call the Route object's Optimize() method.

Yes, it is possible for optimize that, by using google or you can use router plan or running plan.
