| Mutiple Symbol VBA data importing I've made my own gif images, so want to expand the number of ranges that I can simultaneously map. I'm running macros from excel and want Mappoint to pop open and map the customers based on their Postal Codes and item they bought ( I have 12 items). I think I'll be using the Display Data Map method. Am I wasting my time or am I on the right track? thanx andriy |

Using the standard data import methods, you are indeed limited to 8 unique ranges to assign symbols. However, there's nothing keeping you from re-iterating thru the dataset after import and changing the symbols based upon one of the underlying fields. HTH Paul |
