What does your customer list look like? Is it in Excel, Access, an ODBC-aware database?

I've no idea about Nextel phones: Do they have an NMEA compatible GPS capability? If so, then yes you could plug it into a laptop running MapPoint and track your location.

If you mean Microsoft's Location Server services, you will probably have to contact Microsoft directly to find out if Nextel phones are supported.

In the data import wizard you can explicitly set the columns to read for the street, city, state, etc. Use this to select the correct address.

Or if you're using ODBC then you can use a SELECT statement that pulls the correct address.
