One more question...I have downloaded the Spatial Import Utility and it shows up under the Tools Menu in MapPoint, but when I click on it I get an Error 372: Failure to load control "Common Dialog" from COMDLG32.OCX and goes on to say make sure you are using the version of the control provided with your application. Can you tell me what this means and how I can fix it?

This is often referred to as Windows DLL hell - the version of a system file (in this case the one that serves up common dialogs) on your PC is not the one the application expects. The best idea is to call your IT support person and/or ensure you are running the latest service pack of your Windows version - that may fix it. Also, if you have access to another PC, try running the utility there.
