Optimize a Route with Scheduled Time windows

THE optimize Route feature is great for simple routes, however I have customers that have booking time windows that have to be hit else our drivers are turned away. Does anyone know of a solution or can hepl me with a solution on how I would 1st optimize the scheduled times then add in the next best stops on the way. I can route each part indiviually then add them all together, however this is very labour intenive and I'd prefer to have it all done in VB. ANy IDeas points or tips would be greatly apreciated
